Meditating doesn’t require a special place, obviously if there’s a place to be where you won’t be distracted, that’s best but even in the workplace, if you can find a quite room or a corner and just ask people to leave you to meditate - nowadays people’s reaction is incredibly positive! If not a little jealous!
